The Sponsorship Think!Tank in association with Generate Sponsorship launched as an initiative at the 8th Think!Sponsorship conference at The Brit Oval in 2007. We have since run an additional seven sessions, most recently on the 15th April 2010 at the Sadler's Wells Theatre, London.
The idea behind the Think!Tank is to create a closed, focussed environment where sponsoring brands were able to share with one another key-findings and best-practice techniques based on their experiences of sponsorship as a marketing tool. The sessions are faciliated by a professional moderator, and seek to draw out learnings, opportunities and issues that relate to brand managers using sponsorship as a marketing medium.
Our next Think!Tank meeting will be held on in October 10 and details will be released shortly. We're happy for any brand wishing to participate in the Sponsorship Think!Tank's to join us at the session, and attendance is free.
Brands who have taken part in previous sessions include Diageo, Highland Spring, Natwest, Western Union, National Grid, BT, RBS, HSBC, BMW, Fat Face, Camelot, SAB Miller, Barclays, Guinness, The Telegraph, Bank of Ireland, Red Bull and many more!
